Ego is here to keep you in the earth's surface. Give thanks for your ego, but it is not. Divine Universal Law of unity that you are not just creatures of the earth.
You are connected to every living thing, feeling and divinity / / / source is connected to God. Divine inspiration and knowledge you every time you use the same for meditation or sleep. A mystic, or one may be mental if you decided to hone your skills. Or, you can be an artist or inventor. If you consider only the ego that a single, fragile and earthly creature is moving.
Pure potentiality
Jesus and Buddha each one showed the ability to be able to overcome his ego. To do this, we should use on a regular basis our higher mind. We do it unconsciously every night, if we slip into theta and delta, but it is far more effective if we have a once a day at least 15 minutes twice a day, or the attention of at least 30 minutes. Divine Universal Law of unity that we source / Divinity are all linked through, but to recognize and live the truth we have to consciously connect. You must remember to listen.
And God / Creator / Source / divinity of the peace, love is absolute. Connect with your soul and you will know peace and love. This is the highest vibratory rate and will bring you more peace and love.
